to the organisation.
My career has developed in retail businesses, bringing together human resources, store operations, learning and organisational development. I have managed HR and training processes in organisations reaching 5,600 employees and 216 stores.
My work includes organisational design, executive recruitment, talent and performance management, corporate academies and field training. For the past two years, my HR consulting work has also focused on technology teams and software talent outsourcing.
I value active listening, proactive problem solving and a broad view of how people, processes and management decisions connect. Research, continuous learning and AI training support this approach.
